This small emblematic Hotel has been inspired by Argentine history and culture to create a unique Boutique Hotel experience. Its atmosphere, refinement and classicism are in tune to the simplicity and informality of today’s trends. Each of the Hotel’s rooms has its own individual theme, based in part on a historical and or famous Argentine character.

A former private 1920s townhouse, of some stature, this property was totally renovated in 2007 to exacting standards by its architect owners, with no expense spared.
The Hotel’s eleven distinctive rooms are spread over four floors, each with its own french balcony. The ground floor of this imposing building is where you will find the impressive drawing room, with its extensive library, many of the books relating to one of the Hotel’s themed rooms. This space, with its open fireplace and classically inspired furniture is the perfect location to quietly contemplate the evening ahead, whilst gazing out over the ivy clad courtyard through the floor to ceiling windows.
Located on Gurruchaga Street, in the heart of Palermo Soho, Legado Mitico is well positioned and is a great base to explore the city from. Palermo Soho with its cafes, restaurants and boutiques in low rise buildings is trendy, creative, chic, young and cool. Cobblestoned streets lined with oak tree canopies add to this neighborhoods allure, it’s recognised as being the fashion district with its mix of individual designer shops. During the day the streets are filled with shoppers and by night it recreates itself as a hub for some of the cities best restaurants, bars and clubs, something for everyone. A stone’s throw from Legado Mitico is Plaza Armenia square, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bars that overlook the park. Its wide variety of choices go from the all known must have steakhouses to speakeasies and the weekend market, a popular gathering point for both locals and tourists.
